As a child, I remember thinking my mom knew everything, could fix anything and had the softest skin in the world. I thought being a mother was something she had always known how to do. It wasn’t until I became a mother myself that I started considering how no one is an expert. Everyone is making it up as they go along. Sure, we’d like to think we have it figured out, but we are all developing our own strategies for survival with our children. We may not always get it right, but we love our children so we keep trying and just do the best we can. We search for truth in scripture and from others who are a little further down the road.
Today I want to say thank you not only to my mama but all you other mama’s out there. New mamas, experienced mamas, single mamas, grieving mamas, foster mamas, adopted mamas, surrogate mamas, grand-mamas, all mamas, thank you for the monumental blessing that you are.
Here is a little gift for you.

Love this Kristah ❤️ Thank you!
Thank you sweet daughter for the great reminder. I am so proud of the godly Mama you have become! All you Mamas keep loving Jesus, trusting Jesus , and praying for your children! Happy Mother’s Day!!
